The early-morning trade show prior to the bus tour provided attendees the rare opportunity to network with many of Arlington’s premier real estate developers, brokers, architecture and construction firms. Following the opening remarks by Arlington County Board Chairman Walter Tejada, attendees enjoyed multi-media presentations featuring development projects in Arlington. Afterwards, participants boarded buses in Ballston for a tour that included over 60 development sites throughout Arlington. The Bus Captains explained the history and the latest news for each site. Immediately after the tour, participants were treated to gourmet bites, beverages and breathtaking views from the patio of Domaso, Hotel Palomar’s restaurant in Rosslyn. By the end of day everyone concluded, “This is the best (bus tour).”
