There has long been an effort by interior designers to convince their clients to consider an alternative component to their countertops and in recent years it has become especially popular to consider concrete countertops as a fashionable design attribute for kitchens that offer a very modern take on today's kitchens. One of the nice things about concrete is that the color is often very different and interesting compared to the bland white countertops that might have been popular a few decades ago. It also provides a great alternative to expensive granite countertops which often cost far more to install.
